Below is information about short-term road closures in Naperville due to construction, emergencies or accidents.

Feldott Lane Work:
Date of Work: Thursday, May 3, 2012
Location: Feldott Lane will be completely closed to all traffic from Fort Hill Drive to Wildflower Court. Detours signs will be posted.
Problem: Repairing collasped storm sewer structure.

Diehl Road Work:
Date/Time Added: Friday, April 20, 2012, 2:15 p.m.
Location: Diehl Road from Wall Street to Raymond Drive in Naperville will be resurfaced beginning Monday, April 30, causing traffic to be reduced to one lane in each direction for the duration of the project. The start date has again been changed from 4/23/12 due to sub-contractor scheduling revisionswhich have necessitated a shifting of the start date.
Problem: Traffic control and channelization work zone, reduced lanes likely creating traffic congestion and minor delays. Lane closures in both directions around-the-clock and changing as work progresses. One lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
Response Activity: Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route to avoid delays during the project that is slated for completion in mid-May. The City will take necessary steps to minimize any inconvenience to residents, motorists, businesses and others. Area businesses will receive notice of the project and motorists can utilize message boards along Diehl Road to stay up-to-date on the progress of the project. Message boards are on the project site advising motorists of the start date (April 30, 2012) of the project.
